Kendrick Fludd Jr., professionally
known as 24Kay, was born in Brooklyn,
New York, and raised in Charleston,
South Carolina, after his father’s
military service led the family to
relocate. During his teenage years,
24Kay moved to Atlanta, Georgia,
where his music career began to take
shape. He attended and graduated
from Lithonia High School, a school
also attended by notable figures such
as Soulja Boy’s brother John Way and
rapper Drugrixh Hect during his time
there.
Following years of dedication to his
craft, 24Kay signed a management
deal with Hoodrich Management, a
pivotal moment that further elevated
his career. His growing momentum
led to an appearance in Birds of a
Feather 2, a film by Zaytoven, where
he shared the screen with major
artists like Kash Doll, Lil Scrappy, and
Metro Boomin.
24Kay’s presence in the industry
continued to grow as he participated
in events associated with Love & Hip
Hop Atlanta (LHHA) and opened for
renowned hip-hop artist Young Nudy.
