Who knew a single knock by a neighbor would shape the path of electronic music as we know it? It all started in a downtown loft in Los Angeles when an angry neighbor knocked on the door yelling, “EVERY F**KING NIGHT!” At that exact moment is when the moniker of an American DJ/producer was created – 3VERYNIGHT. Prior to that moment, music had always been a staple of life, even at an early age. In high school, 3VERYNIGHT was inspired by legendary hip-hop artists and scratch turntablists including Dr. Dre, Wu-Tang, Notorious BIG, 2pac, Q-Bert, and DJ Rectangle. 3VERYNIGHT taught himself not only classical instruments like the piano, but also to scratch on a set of Gemini XL-100 Turntables given to him by his mother in 99’ for his birthday. After developing his skills, he continued his journey by upgrading his equipment and being introduced to the world of DJing and scratching. Soon 3VERYNIGHT transitioned to the dance scene and expanded his influences to legendary artists like Depeche Mode, Excision, Flux Pavilion, Pretty Lights and more, all while keeping to his hip-hop/turntable roots. Today 3VERYNIGHT’s sound can be best described as a blend of future bass, house, and trap.
