Sammy Earl Anderson Jr, born July 29, 1985. Known as, Sammy Jr but musically as 4-12. 4-12 is a Sacramento born rapper who writes all his lyrics and has a unique sound with mixing and matching his word play. As an unsigned artist, 4-12 brings a good balance of storytelling through reciting his life past, present, and where he envisions his future. His biggest influence when it comes to music has been his older brother Lo. Other although rappers in the industry that he says he can relate to include Lucas Coly, Mo3, Young Bleu, and Kevin Gates. He also mentioned a few underground rappers, but said, with a smile, that they were irrelevant to his progress.

4-12 started making music in 2002, at the age of 16. He did his first show took place in Oroville, California, in 2013, as an opener for the legendary Fillmore rapper San Quinn. Later that same year he performed as part of the line up for Livewire CEO/artist J-Stalin. 4-12 continued his road to stardom when, in 2014, he met The Bull (as 4-12 called him) legendary Pittsburg mogul The Jacka. 4-12 was able to sit down and record a few songs that were never released due to 4-12 getting locked up on December 24, 2014 for discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle which led him to lose contact not only with the Jacka, but with those of his past life. Upon his release on March 24, 2018, 4-12 has been back on his road to success with songs like Not Tha Victim, Freedom and Pain, Never Change, and etc..
