6 ThaBlakk [six-the-black] is a Producer/Sound Engineer out of Portland, Oregon. 6’s production has been flooding the internet since the mid 2010s after teaming up with the talents of underground artist <a href="spotify:artist:0fZRIJ25MhbCdEypkXT1A3" data-name="Imani Semaj">Imani Semaj</a> in 2016. The two proved to be a dynamic duo after dropping <a href="spotify:album:5qeW7ijVrNSrQY2tVBmYmQ" data-name="To Live &amp; Die Young">To Live &amp; Die Young</a> in 2017 and <a href="spotify:album:35wSxtoJb3Ze091O9pleZJ" data-name="For Your Ears Only">For Your Ears Only</a> in 2019. Working with Semaj proved to be a pivotal move in his career. The producer has also worked with other talented artists such as <a href="spotify:artist:6Pjm1JCHCfQuUfFrHxBh5d" data-name="Cakeboi Heffner">Cakeboi Heffner</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:2q2vDJ8fpjK3wqpEgr1iyT" data-name="IV Gvng">IV Gvng</a>, and MJThaKid to name a few. Over the course of producing and engineering for others artists, 6 ThaBlakk has discovered his passion as a recording artist himself. He first came to light in May of 2020 with his debut LP &#34;6TAPE&#34;. Following that up with the release of “Tha Leap” in September that same year. His latest project “14” released in the Fall of 2021.
