9 seconds to rome is a duo formed by the Belgian singer songwriter Nele Dewaele and the Italian composer Walter Marantino.
The project started at the end of 2019, after a jam session 9 seconds to rome was born.
2020 gave us the opportunity to focus on creating our first songs and shape our sound so by the next year everything was ready for live performances.
After releasing a few songs we decided to record our first official EP in our homestudio inspired by winter,
"I like to watch the rain with you" wich lead to reviews on underground music magazine and more concerts all over the country.
During the summer of the same year a seconds EP was released "Imaginary lapse of season" a 5 songs ep with summer vibes influenced by bossanova artists.
