by multi-instrumentalist and solo recording
artist Tim Oliver. Formerly, the guitarist and vocalist of a vaguely popular rock band from deep within the mean streets of Southern Ontario, Tim brought his guitar and songwriting
expertise to his solo project while honing
his skills on bass, percussion, piano, keyboards, and recently banjo. This blend of talents
culminates in a distinctive sound that
merges alt rock and pseudo-pop across
various styles. A Poor Man's Empire stands out in the local music scene and modern music landscape for its unique and eclectic approach.
