A_Root 同根生
結合民族樂器創作的融合樂團，宜蘭人組成。包含笙、月琴、柳琴、中阮、鋼琴、大提琴、貝斯、擊樂、人聲等。以臺灣文化為基底進行破壞與重建，說書人之姿遊走在戲曲歌謠、爵士語彙、電子聲響之間，揉合出當代民俗野味與臺式氣口，轉化出異次元同樂的島嶼祭典。

A_Root is a fusion band featuring original compositions for ethnic instruments, with members being Yilan natives. The instruments involved are the sheng, yueqin, liuqin, zhongruan, piano, cello, bass, percussion, and human voices. A Root engages in ideological destruction and reconstruction relating to Taiwanese culture. Assuming the role of a storyteller, the band wanders the generic borders between traditional opera songs, jazz languages, and electronic sounds, merging the contemporary folk rusticity with local Taiwan dictions to create an islandic festival where humans and spirits from a different dimension of the world celebrate together.
