Aadam Aki is a Yogic, Reiki and Meditation teacher and practitioner born in 1933 in New York as son of Indian Professor and Physician Dr. Arjun Vasudev and American / Japanise chemistry Professor and Reiki Master Ms. Adriana Aki. He began his studies and practices when he turned 13 years of age. Having lived, studied, and practiced in the United States, Germany, Japan, India, China and Australia, he developed immense knowledge in meditation, chemistry, traditional and alternative medicine.
Aadam Aki Foundation foundation was built in 1993 with its main mission being the creation, delivery and promotion of meditation techniques to a world-wide public.
Aadam Aki: I'm Helping World through Music, Meditation and higher Energy. "Silent Reiki Meditation" album is out! Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Meditation is of course a primary way to touch silence. Here we notice how unquiet the mind is. It’s constantly churning. Churning and churning, to what effect?
