From playing to record numbers in Miami at Ultra Music Festival to throwing some of the most memorable underground events in the Big Easy with over 30 releases on more than a dozen labels,Aaron Underwood has been at the forefront of the underground dance scene for over a decade.
Citing the State Palace Theater and the infamous rave promoter Disco Donnie for kickstarting his journey into music he has been djing for over a decade next to some of the biggest names in electronic music from coast to coast, and after years of dabbling in production inspired by the sounds of Quivver, Digweed and Sasha in 2008 Aaron decided to get serious in the studio thanks to the advice of local dj hero Blake Jarrell..In 2009 Aaron won a worldwide remix contest for Rpo records and followed up with remixes on tharsis, four peas and hmsp in 2010 In December 2010 he released his debut ep Color Of Sound featuring three original tracks and somehow found time to do a guest mix along side heavy hitter Spektre for Mocean District radio out of Miami... in 2011 he has seen over 50 tracks being released worldwide on beatport on labels like tharsis, hmspworld,and more as well as guest mixing with Riotgear again on Mocean District with tracks being featured on charts in RA to the Uk and Russia and teaming up with the super dj team TechNola ready to bring techno to the uprising electronic masses..look out for remixes and originals and stay tuned for future tour info coming soon!
