Abbey grew up as the youngest of 3 in the suburbs of Baltimore, MD.
Her parents, both products of artistic childhoods, supported her artistic passions from a young age.

After traveling the world telling other people’s stories working in the Theatre world, Abbey returned to Baltimore to reflect on her life as an artist. There she realized that she longed to tell her own stories.
