With a style crafted through years of being heavily influenced by the likes of J. Cole, Kanye West, and CyHi, AbD honed his ability to weave rhythmic pockets and translate his thoughts. The California native first started writing down half-baked verses into a run down note book at the age of 17, knowing little of how much that would be the foundation for the next decade of his life. Following the release of his first mixtape, "Tapes From the Desert Vol. 1", AbD fell deeply in love with the process of artistry, leading to his first album, "Therapy Sessions". However, the human aspect of music creation hit the young artist in the midst 2021 following his follow up album, "King of California", and AbD began a near three year hiatus from releasing solo music. The only traces of him were found in a collaborative album with an ensemble of some of the best artists in the desert (Mike Craftsman, Paddi, The Biggest Letter E., Jerr., Mylo Dailey, The SpeakEz, Draiin, Playb0ydez, Mike Soy, Prynce $j), a new collective going by the name G.O.D., or Gods Of the Desert (the album self titled, releasing in October of 2023). It appears things are looking very promising for the rising artist, as through multiple shows, music videos, and the release of his EP "Downfall of Summer: The Experiment", it is clear the that these three some years have not come without evolution and a new hunger to take over the rap game.
