Abe Lubis

Balthazar Tadeo Lubis, or better known as Abe Lubis, is a musician from Jakarta, Indonesia. With his work, Abe Lubis hopes that he could deliver his message to his audience and to him self as an expression of existing life issues.

After a long and enduring process, he released his second single called “Euforia” in 28 December 2022 as part of his first studio album for the following month. “Acknowledging the moment in the midst of an altering environment” is a campaign that is raised by Abe Lubis in this single. The song emphasises the importance of understanding that every brief moment that changes ever so slightly around us are precious, therefore needed to be preserved as a reminder those moments shapes our life.

Both of his singles are part of an album named “Badja Membara”. Abe Lubis’ intend to carry on the spirit of overcoming hardships as the album name was took from the film "Badja Membara", the movie that his grandfather was cast in. As the film shows the fiery spirit of youth, the album represents the fiery spirit of youth towards hardships.
