Abhored is not a project, it’s a lifelong exorcism. Created through a less-than-desirable childhood and an early adulthood defined by desertion, resentment, and isolation, this music exists because it had to. Metal is the language I learned to survive. Every riff, every scream, every moment of silence is driven by raw internal dialogue, trauma endured, wounds reopened, and thoughts that refused to stay buried.
Intentionally misspelled, Abhored exaggerates the hatred felt from nearly everyone in life, including those who were supposed to support and protect me. That hatred became my fuel for a passion project to come to life. With no filters, no trends, and no outside influence, each track channels pure emotions straight into song form. Nothing is fictional. Nothing is softened. These songs are unedited truth, anger, grief, defiance, and resolve captured exactly as they were felt.

Self-taught in every aspect of music over 20+ years, I write, perform, record, and produce everything alone, allowing me to publish exactly what needs to be expressed. This is my metal built through obsession, discipline, and undaunted passion. Rooted firmly in heavy metal, industrial rock and deathcore, the sound is intended to be brutal yet deliberate, balancing serious aggression with a haunting atmosphere.
