About:river is a unique melodic electronic music duo from Estonia, born of creative synergy between father and son Oleg and Ervin Ivanov. Their collaboration shows that age difference is not a barrier to creativity or friendship.
Their performances combine live instrumentation and electronic sound design, creating immersive atmospheres that resonate deeply with audiences.
Conceptualized by Oleg in 2018, the following year saw his 12-year-old son Ervin join the project. What began as curiosity quickly grew into full-scale partnership: Ervin’s contributions are present both in studio productions and in live shows, where his clarinet, piano performance add a distinctive human dimension to their hybrid sound.
