Above The Hood is a Greek hip-hop collective known for their raw energy and distinctive sound. The group first broke into the mainstream in 2016 with the viral record “<a href="spotify:track:7dKAiJTRVQmjAM89xzFYZ4" data-name="Edo Einai Ellada">Edo Einai Ellada</a>” by <a href="spotify:artist:0vUcZVCNG7i5OV0zb8Icfw" data-name="Hawk">Hawk</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:0ydmHwy5hFIaJEoZWWcKxC" data-name="Sapranov">Sapranov</a> &amp; <a href="spotify:artist:4DCovF7ywxtJsviuldcV98" data-name="Pepe Frantik">Pepe Frantik</a>, a release that reshaped the modern Greek rap scene.

Their early years were marked by stand-alone singles, followed by their album “<a href="spotify:track:3NrWkXECLuHOKCkWUgwpmB" data-name="Pandora">Pandora</a>” (2017) by <a href="spotify:artist:0vUcZVCNG7i5OV0zb8Icfw" data-name="Hawk">Hawk</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:7fyyicH0HcrSE4GC6UmzEr" data-name="Smuggler">Smuggler</a>.
In 2018, the collective released “<a href="spotify:album:312OrEVsa4aqgCRtX0IRle" data-name="Orama">Orama</a>”, their first full-group album, featuring all members across 12 tracks. The project quickly became a fan favorite, surpassing 45&#43; million streams across platforms and establishing <a href="spotify:artist:2ADDZ2HbeOUSVsbRslcZ3X" data-name="Above The Hood">Above The Hood</a> as one of the most influential hip-hop collectives in Greece.

After 5 years away as a collective, <a href="spotify:artist:2ADDZ2HbeOUSVsbRslcZ3X" data-name="Above The Hood">Above The Hood</a> made their long-awaited return on 2025 with the EP “<a href="spotify:album:1d8Eeq7r9nJQZcfRkypHeR" data-name="PEGASUS">PEGASUS</a>”, a project that brings back the chemistry, identity and explosive energy that defined their early years.

With their 10 Years anniversary live shows coming on 19/12/2025 and 7/3/2026 in Athens &amp; Thessaloniki, <a href="spotify:artist:2ADDZ2HbeOUSVsbRslcZ3X" data-name="Above The Hood">Above The Hood</a> are entering a new chapter, reconnecting with their legacy and writing the next page of their story.
