Between 2008 and 2012, Accept The Change drew inspiration from a variety of bands such as Have Heart, Modern Life Is War, Verse, Defeater, and came up with their own blend of modern hardcore. Their songwriting is firmly rooted in passionate lyrics about the vicious cycle of giving up and having to start over, only to hit the ground running again. There is no doubt that these five friends have put their hearts into these songs. They had found the perfect way to express their emotions through their music.
