Ace Masiga

Ace Masiga is a free-flowing river of sonic infection. With the intention of pumping music from the heart of East Africa. Ace Masiga is a multi-Instrumentalist, singer, rapper, engineer, and producer hailing from Nairobi, Kenya. He aims to make civilized noise in your ears, give wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to your music life.

His earliest pieces of work date to 2015, when he displayed a gritty style that was popular at the time among underground Soundcloud rappers. Stretching the limits of his sound, he would eventually discover his sound as he advanced. It has been challenging to pin Ace down to a single sound or genre over the course of his career because of how fluid and constantly evolving he has been. The fact that Ace is able to incorporate elements from various genres into his music shows that he is undoubtedly creative across a wide range of styles. Ace made the decision to study music at university because he wanted to develop those qualities and his musical knowledge even more.

Outside his active involvements in Muziki Kisasa, Green Tea, and previously NowGoneTrippin, Ace is involved with the Afraux Sound Record Label. Within the next few years, he hopes to establish himself and spread the sounds of East Africa through his current and future projects.
