Born on the dance floors of Ibiza, ACID MONDAYS was formed out of two lifelong friends' love of house and techno music. After meeting in the legendary record shop PLAYMUSIC in Leeds, they found themselves in Ibiza most summers listening to the likes of Ricardo Villalobos, Luciano and Zip rocking the terraces that they were dancing on.
They quickly became a favourite across the industry with support from artists such as Yousef, Laurent Garnier, Apollonia, Ricardo Villalobos, Doc Martin, Seth Troxler, Cassy and Marco Carola.
Following on from their co-release with Nightmares On Wax (‘Dirty Triumphant’) on Warp Records and their ‘Universal Rythm’ EP on R&S Records, that Resident Advisor labelled “Their biggest bomb yet”, ACID MONDAYS caused another stir at the end of 2020 with their release ‘Everything’ on The Martinez Bros’ label Cuttin’ Headz. Now they are back with ‘We End in a Dream’, the first in a string of new releases for 2022.
