ADAD started in Binghamton, New York around 2000 by a group of teenage friends who made hip hop music in the basement of their homes. The camaraderie and friends made through music has always been more important to them than money, recognition, or fame.
From 2005 to 2007, the group was called ADAD Records and became one of the most popular hip hop groups on Soundclick.com, amassing millions of streams and downloads. Numerous tracks and beats peaked at #1 in the Hip Hop and Beat Charts.
After a long hiatus, the group reunited in 2020 to release "For The Music". In an environment where its easy for artists to spend more time on promotion, social media, and networking than actually making music, ADAD strongly believes that doing this for the music always comes first.
