Adam Greenall is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who is currently producing a unique brand of alternative music.
A diverse range of influences has inflected Greenall's music with elements of folk, blues, electronica and alternative rock music. Particular inspirations include Bon Iver, The National, Fleetwood Mac, Sufjan Stevens and Feist, resulting in accessible, melodic and inventive indie-folk music.
Debut album 'After the War' was recorded in Liverpool and released in 2015 whilst a member of progressive Manchester outfit Give Me France.
A second solo record 'Tin Man' was released in April 2020, from which singles 'Go Home' and 'Tin Man' were featured on BBC Radio. The distinctive album combined folktronica with shades of disco, classic rock and synth-pop, and was well received by listeners.
A collection of organic, acoustic-based recordings entitled 'Waves' was released in 2022. Lead single ‘I Believe in You’ was picked up by radio stations and Spotify playlists, introducing new listeners to Adam’s music.
In 2023, Adam released an EP of innovative takes on some of his favourite classic blues recordings. His powerful version of ‘In My Time Of Dyin’ was praised for its musicality and virtuosity.
Adam has recently released a new EP of cover versions. His version of ‘Runs in the Family’, performed in Greenall’s signature acoustic indie folk style, has been particularly well received by audiences.
