Adam Khan

At the age of fifteen, Classical Guitarist Adam Khan was described by the press as one of Britain’s most promising young musicians. He went on to study both in the UK and Overseas, notably under British guitarist Raymond Burley and the composers <a href="spotify:artist:6Z9CHmp8VvglIyMGorZ5eL" data-name="John W. Duarte">John W. Duarte</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:4PdumqEAuo2EQzukVWnxa0" data-name="Leo Brouwer">Leo Brouwer</a> . Adam was a prize winner and finalist in several prestigious international competitions including being awarded the Brescianello Prize at the Citta di Cortemilia in Italy and in Milan and the USA. He has travelled the world extensively researching music, performing and teaching and has appeared as a soloist with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the Allegri String Quartet and performed with the mezzo Leslie Garrett. Adam also performs as half of the renowned <a href="spotify:artist:1AikS8g3QESQNIbAQfIEB5" data-name="Welsh Argentine Guitar Duo">Welsh Argentine Guitar Duo</a> who recently appeared on BBC Radio 3’s In Tune and broadcast live on Classic FM. He also regularly performs and records with a diverse array of musical partners such as <a href="spotify:artist:0a4vasLCTduJXLSgjode9G" data-name="Julian Rowlands">Julian Rowlands</a> (bandoneonist), Clarissa Payne (flautist), Jeremy Little (percussionist) and the violinist Michael Bochmann.
