French-born Adamant first embraced dance music during the initial Chicago House wave in 1986. At the age of 20, he moved to New York City in 1991, immersing himself in the vibrant nightlife at legendary clubs such as Sound Factory, Limelight, Red Zone, Shelter...
In 1995, Adamant returned to Paris and became PR for Laurent Garnier and Eric Morand's influential label, F.Communications. After five transformative years with the label, he left in 2000 and began organizing events in Paris.

Relocating once more to New York City, Adamant has refined his sound and made significant waves in the soulful house scene. His remix of the Federal Hill classic 'Power To The People' for Victor Simonelli's Basseline Records garnered attention.

In May 2017, Adamant joined Unquantize Recordings and released the anthemic "Steppin Population." He followed up with the beautiful "Come See Me Tonight," a collaboration with Richelle Hicks on HSR Recordings.

October 2017 saw the release of "Friday Night," another collaboration with Richelle Hicks, and became a club hit in the U.K peaking at #18 on the Dance Chart.

"Wish Upon A Star" received support from Solar Radio and became hit during the summer of 2018. "Smooth Talker," inspired by Barbara Mason's "Another Man," peaked at #5 on the Soul/Funk/Disco Traxsource Chart in the winter.

Adamant's cover of Patti Austin and James Ingram's "Baby Come to Me" also did exceptionally well, further solidifying his presence in the dance music scene.
