Straight outta Cincinnati, ADDVantz is a multi-genre artist with a sound as real as his roots. In a city where everyone feels like the main character, standing out means everything. “Cincinnati breeds a mentality that we all can’t eat together,” he says. “So if you build a buzz here, that’s the most certified validation you can get.”

ADDVantz started writing at 13 and jumped fully into music at 16, inspired by his friends at Third World Records. Influenced by legends like Prince, Usher, Eminem, Jay-Z, and Kanye, it was the grind with his peers that sharpened his pen. “Iron sharpens iron,” he says.

His style bends genres—Rap, R&B, Pop, Alt-Rock—with a creative process that’s raw and intuitive. “If the inspiration don’t come to me, it ain’t real,” he explains. That energy earned him Best Original Song for “Tomorrow,” featured in the award-winning short film Falling Forward.

From live TV performances to Louisville showcases, the stage is where he thrives. “When I perform, people feel me. That’s when I’m truly seen and heard.”
