To Indonesian producer and DJ Adithya, nothing adds melody, rhythm and purpose to life like music. It’s a never-ending source of inspiration, the beat to his heart and fuel to the fire within - the one thing he cannot be separated from. Clocking up nearly 20 years of DJ experience, 2024 finally brought his producer debut with ‘Twilight’ – a dark, melodic techno record with an uplifting edge. A promising showcase of Adithya’s signature sound, that tells us he’s more than ready to let himself be heard. Blazing his own trail forward, while trying to breathe new life into the Jakarta music scene, Adithya is ready, set and go for bigger things.
Growing up in the cultural melting pot that is Jakarta, Indonesia’s capital city, Adithya was always surrounded by an incredible diversity in art and music. His family was an avid music lover, collecting rock and alternative music on vinyl and cassette tapes. It fueled Adithya’s broad music taste, from underground to classical music and everything in between.
Combined house, melodic techno and trance with bouncy basslines, uplifting melodies and dark elements became his signature sound.
