Adna Melan is a singer, songwriter, pianist, and writer who uses music and writing as a way of dealing with her own demons. Began writing at the age of 12, later using her knowledge of piano, classical and contemporary music, to compose harmonies for her lyrics. Adna Melan was a two-time semifinalist in the International Songwriting Contest “Song of the Year.” Author and designer of the eBook "Roses and Melancholy: Turning Tragedy into Poetry". Recently, she began exploring music video production, as seen in "Melancholia", "Forevermore", and her latest project, "Lie", where she had the opportunity to express herself through photography and her own image. Her passion for art and photography is evident throughout her work, including original cover art. Some of her artistic influences include Evanescence, Linkin Park, The Pretty Reckless, Jeff Buckley, and Lana Del Rey.
