Ador Hooyar is a professional singer, composer, and instrumental player of Tanbour and Daf, specialized in Persian Kurdish mystic music. He started his musical education at the age of 5 and has worked as a professional musician for 25 years. Almost 200 songs that he has composed are entirely spiritual and esoteric that he inherited from the ancient musical tradition of Yarsan. On the basis of Magham music, he has attempted to add a wide range of world spiritual music in his music, such as the music of India, Pakistan, Nepal, Tibet, Afghanistan, American Native, and Gregorian. He has collaborated with Iranian groups such as world-famous maestros like M. Shajarian, Shahram Nazeri, Gholamali PourAtayi, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Bismillah Khan, and so on. He came to Turkey in 2016 and continues to give tanbur and daf courses in Turkey today. He teaches students from all over the world with online courses.
