Formerly a founding member and singer/songwriter of Sydney indie stalwarts Red Riders, Adrian Deutsch is a producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist.
He's played with Franz Ferdinand, The Pretenders and The Shins and as a solo artist has played with the likes of Aimee Mann and Joan as Policewoman.
Deutsch’s 2018 album “Do You Remember?” was recorded in LA with Tony Buchen at 64 Sound in Highland Park, the album featured Josh Mease on guitar, Robby Sinclair on drums (who has played for the likes of Chet Faker), and Jasper Leak on bass (who has played for the likes of Sia).
This time, Deutsch travelled somewhere a little closer to home. Just down the road in fact at Yap Yap studios in Coogee, Sydney, with Luke Bertoz behind the console and Allan Kumpulainen (Dappled Cities) behind the kit.
“Together” is a musing on the bittersweet nature of human attachment and the human condition.
