Aefin

Aefin is a genre-defying, mostly electronic music artist. Aefin began as a side-project for Morgan Crittenden, the devout musician, producer, and composer, with the desire to express himself in a different form.

“I wanted that expression to be more authentic and personal,” he states. “I wanted to make something purely for myself without worrying about the standards of music industry or gaining a busy fanbase.”

A lot of the music released under Aefin is inspired by the deep parts of his mind that can seemingly only be expressed in an artistic form—the parts that aren’t easily captured by simple words. The essence of his works tend to steer more emotion-driven and raw.

“When observing my music, I want listeners to open their minds and see a side of me that I can’t particularly express. I wish for my listeners and acquaintances a longing to see and feel more of the in-depth extent of musical expression, or how music is quite versatile in human emotion.”
