Aeon Antenna is ‘Purple Rock Pickle’ from Helsinki, Finland, yes that’s a made up genre.
‘Purple’, a not so dark colour that certainly doesn’t lack in depth, represents the overall positive mood of our music and our commitment to not taking ourselves too seriously. No black uniform here.
A ‘Rock Pickle’ is a combination of interesting rock influences pulled together to create something that’s probably not for everyone but there’ll always be someone who loves a taste challenge. If you’re traditional then you might say Aeon Antenna is somewhere between hard melodic rock and 70’s prog.
Formed in 2008 and had our fair share of rocky moments, we’ve just got back together after a long break and 2019 is the year you’ll get new music once again!
