Aera Moon a multi-talented singer and songwriter born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised between Haiti and America. Former trainee turned J-pop and K-pop ghostwriter, Aera is inspired by her late mother's worldly eclectic taste in music, fashion and art. As a musician, she has had a vast array of musical influences however she accredits the pivotal influences in her music to rapture of cinematic power ballads, the enchanting grooves of 70's disco funk, the musicality of modern jazz, and the technical approach of Asian Pop & Ballads.
In April 2021 Aera Moon released her debut single dubbed "Moonlight (Love)" which showcases her desire to tell stories with a universal message that listeners can give their own interpretation to. “Moonlight(Love) is available in both English and Japanese.
Her next last two singles, a spring inspired upbeat J-pop tune entitled “Shiroyama Sakura” and self-love electro pop anthem "Never Letting You Go" were released July 16th and are available on all music streaming platforms.
