Afro Connexion is the production project of multi-platinum Portuguese producer Brada, holder of a diamond record in Brazil and #1 Billboard producer of Madonna's Faz Gostoso (feat. Anitta). In this project he blends Kizomba, Urban Kiz and Afrobeats into a unique sound.
In 2023, Afro Connexion released its first track, Kizomba Love , a pivotal song that resonated in the Kizomba community. It gained national exposure when featured on Big Brother TVI, one of Portugal’s most-watched shows.
In 2024, Faz Assim followed, quickly becoming one of the project’s most streamed and enduring tracks. Then, he dropped Não Me Importa featuring Tommy Guitar, a melodic and emotional single that became its biggest success. That same year, a collab with Gasso produced Bobo (Isso Tá Me a Doer), a smooth blend of groove and emotion. Their partnership continued in 2025 with the follow-up Baltazar.
Also in 2025, teamed up with Kaysha, the renowned Congolese–French–Portuguese artist known for his mastery of Ghetto Zouk, and an influential producer for artists like C4 Pedro and Nelson Freitas. Together, they released Toxic and Wild & Free, blending Ghetto Zouk’s sensual rhythms with Urban Kiz production, creating a global sound for Lusophone and Francophone audiences.
With a growing catalogue of genre-fusing productions and standout collaborations, Afro Connexion is more than a sound, it’s a bold artistic vision shaping the future of African-influenced music.
