In January 2014, the seeds of musical innovation were sown when Numan Kılıç reached out to Karcan Ural with material he had been crafting. Their creative synergy was further amplified in February when Mert Akgül became the final piece in the puzzle. The trio embarked on their musical journey, collaborating with a revolving door of session musicians until they found their musical anchor in the form of Batu Çetinkaya.

In a momentous moment that marked their entry into the music scene, Agency unveiled their debut single, 'Strawberries in a Gunfight,' in December 2014. The stage lights shone brightly on them on March 18, 2015 at Peyote Nevizade in their inaugural live performance. This was just the beginning of a journey that took them to various college festivals and iconic Istanbul venues such as Bronx Pi Stage, COOP, B1 Live, and Karga.

The zenith of their early creative fervor culminated during the summer of 2015 when Agency poured their artistic souls into the creation of their debut EP, 'Empty Summer Houses,' which they presented to the world on December 26, 2015.

After taking a musical hiatus, the band returned in September 2017 with a single, 'What Will Happen Next.' The next five years would see them refining their craft. Now, as the summer of 2022 arrived, Agency took a bold step forward, continuing their artistic odyssey as a dynamic duo, composed of the of Numan K. and Karcan U.
