"Ahbentlee" was born in Spanish Town in the parish of St Catherine, JAMAICA. As a child, his father who was a music teacher taught him to play various musical instruments like the piano and the recorder. He attended the Seafield Infant School then the OLD HARBOUR PRIMARY SCHOOL. Later after being successful in the Common Entrance Exam he moved on to the St Jago High School. After which he then attended the Edna Manley School Of Music. While AHBENTLEE is new to the music business he is no stranger to music. He has been composing, writing and singing songs for as long as he can remember. He is inspired by musical legends BOB MARLEY and PETER TOSH. After hearing his VOICE and his HARMONY he was encouraged by his peers to pursue music professionally.
