In 2015, I found myself being taught by the greatest Filipino songwriters for 5 days in a camp called Elements.
Since then, I have started writing and releasing songs as a form of a personal creative outlet.
These songs are my way of honoring the genres I grew up with. My songwriting heroes are George Canseco, Willy Cruz, Jim Paredes, Ely Buendia, Gary Granada and Ryan Cayabyab.
Someday, someone might stumble upon these songs and I hope they’d get the same feeling as discovering the late Adam Schlesinger’s body of work.
