Dominican-American triple threat singer-songwriter, dancer and actress Aileen Rosario, stage name AILEEN, was born in Providence, Rhode Island to Dominican parents.
Aileen later moved to Florida where she was discovered at an early age. In 2010 Aileen was a contestant in the third season of Diddy’s acclaimed ABC/MTV reality competition “Making the Band.”
In 2011 while at a recording studio in New York City, Aileen caught the attention of renowned music producer, musician and former member of the bachata supergroup Aventura, Lenny Santos. Awed by her talent and impressive vocals Santo’s asked her to join his own bachata band D’Element, later called Vena (Vein), as the main female vocalist. It was during this time that Aileen wrote the spanglish version of the hit “It Won’t Stop” by Sevyn Streeter feat. Chris Brown, the bachata version became a worldwide hit that took them to perform all over the US, Latin America and Europe.
Thanks to the overwhelming success of the spanglish bachata version of “It Won’t Stop,” Grupo Vena, was invited to be the opening act for Daddy Yankee in Madrid, Spain.
In 2019 Aileen continued her music career as an independent artist releasing the singles “Tu Amor,” “No me llames” and “Sola”- this last single achieved over 750K+ views.
In 2020 Aileen joined the ONErpm family, where the multi-talented artist is currently working on what will be her debut album with renowned songwriter/producer Genio and producer Came Beats.
