Aiokai is a drum & bass producer known for his versatile productions that take inspiration from rave music, and can range from brutal neuro heaters like Hell Is Repetition (A Records) to frenetic jump up bangers like Blue Eyes w/Jack Virgil and mellow liquid anthems like Take Me (4NC¥ //DarkMode), showing that Aiokai can go from mosh pit fire starters to catchy jump up tunes in a second, with finesse and without losing his characteristic idiosyncrasy.

He has been seen wreaking havoc in festivals like EDC Mexico 2024, 2023, Locus Tulum 2022 and in countries like Italy, Croatia, Germany and Colombia. He has become an important part of the Mexican bass music scene, thanks to being a member of Jessica Audiffred’s label A Records and Isaac Maya’s LOWFREQMX.

Aiokai also owns IX Recorders, an imprint that strives to offer a platform to anything unique & transcendent in the realms of hard, bass and melodic electronic music. Started in 2024, the label is continuously releasing music from some of the most active and boundless members of the Mexican electronic music scene, who have shows at festivals like EDC Mexico, Mad House and in the international stage.
