Soulful and fresh at only 14, Aja9 is one-to-watch in the music industry with a voice beyond her years. When she was 10 years old, SHE made her official debut into the music world when she was declared winner of Perez Hilton’s “Can You Sing” cover competition for her touching rendition of Sia’s smash hit, “Chandelier.” Just released this spring, Aja9 can be heard on renowned EDM artist /DJ Gazzo’s newest single “Heart Won’t Beat”, which has already been added by Radio Disney and became the #1 Top Song in its first day on the air, or her current single “Right Kinda Love” also featured on Radio Disney.

Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Aja knew she was meant to be a performer at an early age. One of her earliest memories was performing “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” on a toy piano and feeling that was just the beginning of her life as an artist. She continued to sing and eventually was inspired by idols, such as Christina Aguilera and Beyoncé, to sing as a hobby and to begin taking voice lessons. It wasn’t until her mom and singing teacher helped enter her into the Perez Hilton contest that she realized singing may be something she could pursue professionally.
