Ajonii

Naturally talented and versatile, Dancehall Recording Artiste Ajonii Scarlett, known as "Ajonii," was born in Kingston, Jamaica. He grew up in a musical and culturally rich family, including his cousin, the iconic Dancehall dancer and artiste Gerald Levy, also known as Mr. Wacky (Bogle).
In addition to his musical pursuits, Ajonii is a passionate businessman with a certification in business management. He currently collaborates with One Kings Management, making significant strides in the Jamaican dancehall scene. His creativity is deeply rooted in his upbringing in the inner city of Arnett Gardens (Jungle) in Kingston 12 and Greater Portmore, St. Catherine.
Music is the essence of Ajonii's life; he describes his creative process as a combination of recording and notetaking. He aims to release his second EP, "Back To The Motherland," as well as his first studio album, "King Of De Jungle."
Having worked with local artists like Voicemail and international talents such as Epixose, Addiself, Kamelyeon, and Ras Kuku-who are all Ghanaian Afro Dancehall/Reggae artistes-Ajonii plans to collaborate with even more international acts. He draws inspiration from established artists like Mavado, Vybz Kartel, Demarco, Konshens, Aidonia, Damian "Jr. Gong" Marley, Bounty Killa, Sizzla, and Buju Banton, as well as from his environment.
Ajonii takes his fans on a lyrical journey, professing that his artistic skill is a gift from God, the Almighty, the Creator, or Yahweh.
