Akeeda is a Cape Town-based singer-songwriter crafting raw, alternative indie music that lingers between defiance and vulnerability. With haunting vocals and intimate storytelling, she weaves sonic landscapes that invite deep connection. Joined by longtime collaborator and guitarist Andre Williams, their 13-year partnership has shaped a sound both nostalgic and unfiltered. After a hiatus, Akeeda and Andre return with 'I Forget Myself', a four-track debut EP arriving in 2025.
