Mohammad Akram Rahi, better known as Akram Rahi, is a Pakistani singer-songwriter and producer. He is acclaimed for his distinct lyrics and sad singing style which led him to be dubbed as "Dard Ka Rahi". In 1993, he was awarded the title of "King of Folk" by the legendary Pakistani composer Master Abdullah. He has so far released over 160 studio albums, which is the most number of albums ever by a folk artist.
