Stephen van Nijnatten, also known as “Akyra", was born on the 22nd of October, with a passion for music. His motto is 'where words fail, music speaks'
At the age of 16 , the young Belgian DJ/producer started developing his career by playing at local parties and festivals under the name of “Bass System".
In 2012, he went solo as “Akyra" and joined Mark with a K's label Noize Junky where his first hit single 'Anger' was released.
For a few years, he was a resident DJ in Highstreet together with Mark with a K.
