Al Onehunnid

Singer-songwriter Al Onehunnid’s sound is inspired by the 90s R&B, love making and storytelling music that he was raised on. He had the luxury to draw other inspirations from different eras of music by listening to his fathers old vinyls growing up.

Born and raised in Chapel Hill, Tx to a mother who is a singer and a father who's a musician, it wouldn't be long before Al Onehunnid’s talent was discovered. He began singing around 3 years old by sneaking into the choir stand at St. Violet Baptist Church to be with his mother. He was 6 years old when his family really took notice of his voice and desire to sing. Through the years he showcased his gift at talent shows and local events. He perfected his craft by studying music, teaching himself to write and to record at home.

His latest album The Rebuild (2021) has been called therapy for the soul. It is also the continuation to The Relationship (2020). Al Onehunnid tells stories with his music. Like a book, you have to read the first before reading the sequel. In addition to his music he started Onehunnid Entertainment where he's currently managing three artist. Paco$o Shelle LaRae and 64 Ca$h. Each artist was handpicked based on their own passion, hunger and ability to tell their story in their own way. With all his dreams coming true, he has one last goal to achieve. Selling out The Oil Palace in his hometown would definitely seal the deal.
