Alain Manaranche is a French pop singer/songwriter who released a series of four albums between the years 1989 and 1995. He made his recording debut in 1984 with the single "Chercher la Nuit." A few follow-up singles were then released on the label Emma in association with Carrère: "Drole de Vie la Vie" (1985), "Deux Marins et Moi" (1986), and "Les Oiseaux Sans Ailes" (1987). Manaranche made his full-length album debut in 1989 with Les Mots Dits on Polydor. The album includes the singles "Colle-Moi Loulou" and "Berlin Chansonnette," both of which were co-written by <a href="spotify:artist:6niV8gUVEBJhjjfb7LmD7W">Jean Schultheis</a>. The follow-up album, Sentiment (1990), also spawned a handful of singles ("Histoire d'Amour," "Carry On," "Mais Ma Madeleine").
