Albany

Hailing from Lincoln, England, Albany makes passionate guitar-driven indie rock, touching on nostalgia but bringing it into today's commercial scene.
Formed in 2014 and returning with a new line up, Albany are frontman and guitarist Matt Duke, guitarist Josh Curson, bassist Will Barber and drummer Daniel Sharratt.

Over the past few years, Albany have released 3 stand-alone EP’s and 6 singles, which between them have featured as ‘Track of the Week’ on BBC Introducing in Lincolnshire multiple times and used on ITV daytime television.
Setting the standard in their live act, Albany have played alongside acts such as Marsicans, The Velvet Hands and Scouting for Girls to name a few, having their name stand out on multiple festival line ups such as 2Q Festival and Camden Rocks!
Set for their comeback in a new chapter and with a new direction, they will release new music in early 2023, straight off the back of anthemic Halloween single 'Myriad' and from there, will continue to try and prove that the true underdog can still defy today's odds
