Alec Morgan has carved out a name for himself by self recording and releasing numerous works, which have gained the attention of publications such as prefixmag, and the 405. Some of which have received the #1 best selling spot in the “indie” and “dream-pop” category on Bandcamp. His 2nd full length release “Savannah” of 2017 outsold Beach House’s “Depression Cherry” on Bandcamp for several consecutive weeks. Morgan’s eclectic output has included working with established hip hop artists, appearing on tracks with artists such as McKinley Dixon and Guilty Simpson. In 2018, the prolific songwriter returned with a folksy, alt-country sound, which have drawn comparisons to Elliott Smith and Townes Van Zandt. His 3rd LP entitled “Army Green” spanning 15 songs and 60 minutes, covers a wide range of genres and themes that are vastly different from another in one cohesive album.
