ALETHIA

Alethia is a Colombian-born, Melbourne-based multi-genre artist blending soul, reggae, and pop with the fiery essence of her Latin roots. A three-time Latin Grammy nominee and 2023 Music Victoria Awards nominee for Best Reggae and Dancehall Song for her single “To You,” Alethia brings a powerful fusion of rhythm, emotion, and global sound.
Her debut album ALETHIA (released August 2024) is a concept album told in four acts — each exploring different emotional and musical landscapes. It begins with Roots (Latin/Pop), flows into Nostalgia (R&B/Reggae), dives into Love (Drum & Bass/Dub), and ends with Hope (Psychedelic Rock). The album features collaborations with Grammy-winning producer Néstor Cifuentes and Australian D&B artist Ben Safire, showcasing Alethia’s fearless genre-crossing approach.
She began her journey on The Voice Colombia, reaching the semi-finals in 2013. Since then, her path has taken her to Australia’s most iconic stages — including a sold-out album launch at the Athenaeum Theatre and performances at the 2025 St Kilda Festival.
With a background in musical theatre, a Bachelor of Music, and a Master’s in Creative Industries, Alethia’s live shows are a vibrant mix of soulful vocals, dance, and immersive storytelling Her music is a heartfelt invitation to healing, connection, and self-love.
