Techno/Hardtechno DJ/Producer/Remixer based in Duisburg/Germany

Born and raised on the mean streets of Duisburg, Alex Turner, AKA Alexander Henkelmann, started his musical journey when he was 15, when he was given a slap by his Cousin. It was at this moment that Alex Turner knew he wanted to be part of 'The Scene'.
He first became interested in the electronic music scene in 1994. Aged 15, he bought his first set of turntables. At the age of 17, he was already inspired by Artists like Chris Liebing or Adam Beyer. The first gigs in clubs like the 'Cellar Club' in Oberhausen/Germany starts in 1997. There he was resident for the next years. It was in the millenium when he won a DJ Contest at 'TOR3' in Düsseldorf/Germany, the biggest Club Scene at this time with up to 2500 visitors. It was after this point when he started getting gigs at big events such as 'Union Rave' and several other clubs like 'Poison Club' Düsseldorf, 'Barmer Bahnhof' Wuppertal and others.
After a big break Alex Turner comes back as producer/remixer and joined SDL Recordings Germany, who helped distribute his first release, 'Deep Impact' in 2015 & up to more than 200 others on the important stores till now!
Suffice to say, the Techno scene should be expecting big things from Alex Turner in the future.
