This Toronto power trio is a force to be reckoned with, as they mark their 20th anniversary with "Not Ready to Stop", a 5-song EP that captures a fierce return to their hard rock origins.
Coming from three culturally distinct backgrounds, they leverage their diversity to create a unique blend of rock that has stood the test of time and defied the adversity that accompanies a music scene often focussed more on style than substance.
Critical successes followed both their powerful debut album "Lost in the Soul Deposit" (2005) and the seasoned follow-up "Destiny Weeps" (2008). Their single "Never You" took first prize in the 2006 USA Songwriting Competition, and the video was added to rotation on MUCH MUSIC's MUCH LOUD. The band has since enjoyed various song placements in TV shows ("Friday Night Lights", "Roswell, New Mexico", "Shark"), movies ("The Roommate"), and video games ("Vin Diesel's Wheelman"). They were also sought out to co-produce and perform the opening theme song for the reality based TV show "Crash Addicts" on the Outdoor Life Network.
After an extended hiatus spent raising families, they returned in 2019 with a more introspective acoustic approach on the EP "A Minor Sacrifice". Now, 2024's "Not Ready to Stop" brings them full circle back to their rocking roots, with four new original songs and their first ever release of a cover song; a nod to their shared love of 80's New Wave, with the Eurythmics classic "Here Comes the Rain Again".
