AlleyWays is an alternative/punk-rock band formed in 2010 by the 4 core members (Federica Piscopo, Daniele Magistrelli, Sebastiano Bianca and Luca Storari), who are still part of the band today.
Although the band is fully italian and based in Milan, all their lyrics are in english, along with their all-american/californian rock vibe.
Currently the formation includes a 5th member (Jonathan Lionetti) who also happens to be their new lead singer.
All members are coming from different musical backgrounds, from pop punk to progressive rock, to hard rock and many others, granting them a very unique sound, that combines all these genres.
During the first 5 years they have released two albums (one ep and one full lenght album in 2014, named Thank God it's Doomsday).
After a few years of breaks and small changes, in early 2019 the band comes back with a (supposedly) One-Time-Reunion, which actually brings them together, pushing them to go back to writing again.
Things were now back on track, and they plan the release of a new album, only this time with their new member as lead singer.
The new record should have come out around the end of 2020 but with the current lockdown situation, it is likely that their album's release will be postponed to a yet to be decided date, during 2021.
