Indonesian-American R&B/Pop recording artist, songwriter, and performer Almira Zaky is making waves as one of the most promising new voices in the global music scene. Known for her dynamic vocal range, heartfelt songwriting, and genre-blending sound, Almira draws inspiration from 90’s/2000’s R&B and modern pop, creating a style that’s distinctly her own. Raised in Virginia and the greater DMV region, Almira’s love for music blossomed early, eventually leading her to attend Virginia Commonwealth University, where she honed her industry skills by booking major acts like Travis Scott for her school's Homecoming concerts and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations.

In 2022, Almira gained national recognition representing Virginia on NBC’s "American Song Contest", amassing over 500k views internationally within a week of her performance. The following year, she delivered a TEDx Talk at Johns Hopkins University and made her festival debut at Pharrell Williams’ "Something in the Water".

In 2024, Almira has continued her ascent, opening for UK singer Lola Young, leading songwriting workshops with Timbaland's "Beatclub", becoming a fan favorite across the Asian-American community, and gracing even bigger international stages.
